Established in the city of Plainfield for a number of years providing services to the community, our mission is to create an educational environment that will stimulate and motivate a healthy wealthy productive life style. Our purpose is to expose the Dimension of Prosperity by precept and example and to mentor individuals and families into a place of Financial Independence.
We encourage our participants to keep the mandate to always be involved in thinking of creative ways to both provide and guarantee better community service.
Some of the programs we offer through our community development corporation can be labeled as life-changing. We offer Bridge Builders To Home Ownership, a nationally-recognized 1st Time Homebuyers Seminar where our clients can receive valuable information to prepare them to become homeowners.
We also offer housing opportunties through Kingdom Kommunities & Estates. KK & E offers new and redeveloped homes for our clients and those who participate in the Bridges Builders courses as optional dwellings to acquire. Available homes are also open to the public if they so choose to purchase a Kingdom Kommunities & Estates property.
King's Temple CDC has also partnered with the New Jersey Citizen Action, a state-wide agency who assists our clients with down-payment assistance, housing assistance and other valuable resources. We have an on-site representative on call.
