The King's Temple Community & Economic Development Corporation is the overseer for the Bridgebuilders To Homeownership Program. This class is taught every Tuesday at 6PM at the King's Temple Word & Worship Center.
The Bridgebuilders To Homeownership Program is a 12-week course that teaches you the fundamentals of the home-buying process. Upon the completion of this course you will have the know-how to begin rebuilding your credit and determining your purchasing power.
Later you will become exposed to several keys points to working with a real estate agent, a clear understanding of the mortage industry, and the terminology used when completing a mortgage application.
Finally, as you realize your move into your new home, you will begin to learn how to better maintain the home you've chosen to purchase and realize the American dream.
We are breaking ground on some new moderate housing projects through our construction company, Kindom Kommunities & Estates.
